About Me 

As a qualified Nutrition Health Coach, I create a safe environment that enables my clients to articulate and then achieve their goals while being fully guided and supported every step of the way. Throughout my education, I have been exposed to the most cutting-edge dietary theories and studied highly effective coaching techniques to find a lifestyle that works best for each of my clients and support them during the implementation process.

Most approaches to healthy eating dwell on calories, carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good / bad foods, I guide my clients to explore basic improvements and introduce gradual changes that relate to all aspects of their lifestyle. As these pieces accumulate, my clients find these changes collectively creating a much larger impact than they originally anticipated. We work on what they want to improve within the circumstances of their unique situation to set realistic, achievable goals.

I believe that the root cause of many disease is due to an unhealthy gut or chronic inflammation in the body. Due to societal norms, we have become accustomed to certain lifestyle habits which do not support a healthy micro biome or strong immune system. Once these factors have been addressed, my clients begin to feel better and healthier, quickly.

My Philosophy

I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life, mind & body are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship(s) cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? Does a particular food group make your symptoms worse? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health and get to the root cause of what's been holding you back (till now).

I work with my clients to get in touch with their body’s needs and current imbalances.  I want to equip you with the self-awareness & self-love to make the best decisions for yourself in any given circumstance to focus on preventative health and its long-term benefits to your well-being.

Let’s define what you value most in your life and use these visions to motivate specific goals that bring you closer to where you want to be, and how you want to feel. Together we’ll co-create health goals within reasonable time frames with actionable objectives so you know exactly what you’re working toward and how you're going to get there.

I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories – Ayurveda, gluten-free, Paleo, raw, vegan, macrobiotics, and everything in between.

My education has equipped me with extensive, cutting-edge knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and prevention. Drawing on my expertise, I work with my clients to help make lifestyle changes and choose health-promoting ways that produce real and lasting results. You will develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that work best for you, improving your energy, balance, health, and happiness.

Each session will leave you feeling inspired and motivated. We will talk about things beyond food, seeking to bring balance to important elements of your life such as love and relationships as well as career and money. I will personally and carefully guide you to make simple, small changes that transform your life.
