Bio-individuality

Bio-individuality is the idea that there's no one-size-fits-all approach to health, nutrition and wellness. Instead, we're all unique in our biological makeup and each person has their own specific nutritive and health needs, as well as routines, practices, and preferences that work for them and their lives.

Because of bio- individuality, it is extra important that when it comes to our health, we do not compare or try to match the way that others do things - and expect them to work for us too. We are all very different from one another and we're designed with our own intricate systems and traits which mean that we might thrive when doing the total opposite to our sister / friend / colleague.

Getting to know your own personal needs, wants, workings and methods to reach optimal health and happiness is incredibly important because that’s when the changes begin to happen and you see positive results. Through trial and error, experimentation and dedication- everyone has the power to realise what it is that benefits or hurts them if they listen, pay attention and increase awareness around their mind & body reactions to the introduction of something new.

Understanding and accepting that we are all unique, what works for me may not work for you and vice versa - is the first step in reclaiming and taking sovereignty over your health.

Bio- individuality is very apparent when we look at the Human Design system, which is the most effective tool to date in showing us how different we all are + what that ‘different’ looks like for each one of us. The ins and outs of our bio- individuality are no longer a mystery if we look at our HD blueprint... It gives us the clues and a detailed roadmap for the way we function so that we don’t have to keep guessing.

If you are someone who wants to get to the bottom of your unique way of working, you can find out more about how this is possible here.
