Shame and Judgement over not working out, eating too much pasta or skipping on your morning routine cause more exhaustion, drain your energy more deeply and lower your confidence/ self-worth levels detrimentally.
Rather than punishing yourself and getting yourself into a hole of regret, disappointment and anger...let. it. go.
Accept that today you have not felt like working out, you ate a Twix instead, and your plan for tonight is a movie rather than a guided meditation. Enjoy the present moment, savour it and remind yourself that tomorrow is a new start, a chance to re-set and begin afresh.
