Positive thinking is infectious. Once you begin to train your brain into looking at things positively in one area of your life, you’ll suddenly find you’re being more consciously positive about other aspects of your life too.
Reframe the doom, and spin it to find a silver lining in the situation. It seems daunting and slightly inconceivable for everything to have a positive side to it at first - but trust me, the more you practice the more natural it will become.
Catch yourself having negative thoughts and before you believe it as reality, switch it into a positive one - see how it makes you feel!
As I become more positive, I have realised that a wonderful side effect of it, is that I become more grateful too. There is no better feeling than to feel thankful, to count your blessings and to be grateful for everything this life has to offer.
