Through a one to one coaching plan designed to implement small, incremental lifestyle changes, a Health coach is an effective tool in guiding healthy, long-lasting change.
As a Health coach, Olivia believes that the process of coaching needs to be tailored to each individual based on their specific needs. Every plan will be fitted to accommodate and work around different lifestyles and previous habits.
Olivia practices a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that she looks at how all areas of your life, mind & body are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship(s) cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As you work together, you will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole and get to the root cause of whats holding you back.
Olivia works with clients to get in touch with their body’s needs, because she understands that life happens and these needs change over time. Olivia wants to equip you with the self-awareness & self-love to make the best decisions for yourself in any given circumstance.
Together you'll define what you as a client value most from your well-being. You'll use those visions to motivate specific goals that bring you closer to where you want to be. As your coach, Olivia will not dictate a diet for you, but together you will explore why some foods make you feel better than others and how to strategically use that feedback. Together you’ll co-create your health goals within reasonable time frames, and actionable objectives so you know exactly what you’re working toward.
